Booking Policy
You can make your appointment by calling 07912 621 651.
Please be aware that if I am with a client or the Clinic is closed, I may not be able to take your call. If you leave a short message and your contact details I will respond as soon as possible.
Once you have made an appointment you will receive a confirmation email/text with the treatment booked along with the date and time.
Reminders will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment via text/email.
Booking Fee
For all appointments you will be sent a payment link via a text message to pay the deposit and secure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, this can be done by ringing 07912 621651 up to 48hrs prior to your appointment, where you will be able to rearrange a more suitable time.
Please note, that failure to notify within this 48hrs will result in the loss of your deposit and failure to show for your appointment will result in full payment of the treatment being payable.
